Castleparke 2 sits on the Castleparke Retirement Campus and serves up a small, comfortable space, caring for around 12 residents, where people can bring their cats and dogs if they like, and there's a friendly bunch of staff around all day and night to help with things like getting dressed, bathing, medication, and just everyday living, while keeping the place neat and meals ready for everyone, with special menus if someone's got a diabetes diet or food allergies, and they stick to scheduled meals in either a big dining room or sometimes a private area if that's needed. Folks can choose to live in semi-private or one-bedroom units, all furnished, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV, and there are all sorts of handy spots like the kitchenette if you want to fix a little something, a beauty salon for haircuts, a well-stocked library, walking paths and gardens, a chapel for devotion, a gym, even a pool and a hot tub, plus a spot for games or movie nights if people want to mingle. The staff take care of laundry, linen, and housekeeping, so folks don't have to worry, and there's always help for transfers or wheelchair use, making things easier for those getting around with less mobility. Residents get transportation help for doctor visits, errands, worship, or even outings to places like parks or the movies, and care runs the gamut from independent living to assisted living, memory care for those who start struggling with memory or confusion, skilled nursing, hospice, and even adult day care if someone can't stay overnight.
