Nice maintenance, pervasive cigarette smoke
I like the nice, thorough maintenance guy, friendly neighbors, and the convenient location if you drive. However, cigarette smoke permeates the halls and my bathroom smells like an ashtray in a non-smoking building - I had to use an air purifier and wear a mask because of chemical allergies. I still recommend it cautiously, but ongoing smoking despite signs and the extent of the smoke problem make it a poorer value unless major work is done.
