    Nice facility but poor management

    I liked the tour and the facility is neat and pleasant, and some staff were kind. However I encountered rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior, poor management and an unhelpful owner/manager - a wheelchair resident was even ignored and there was no accountability.
