    Bright compassionate community, occasional lapses

I moved my mom here and overall we're very happy - the building is bright, new and immaculate with spacious, hotel-like apartments, beautiful common areas, great location and impressive made-to-order dining. The staff are warm, compassionate and very helpful (Michelle made tours and move-in seamless), therapy teams are strong, and residents really feel like a community. Activities are plentiful when running and amenities are excellent, but be aware memory-care has limits for behavioral dementia and staffing/housekeeping have had occasional lapses. For most families this is a caring, well-appointed place I'd recommend.
