The community is comprised of three distinct locations, each tailored to provide varying levels of support and opportunities to meet the diverse needs of its residents. LiveOak Ranch is a scenic 63-acre property located just seven miles from San Marcos, offering a peaceful, spacious setting where residents can enjoy nature and community activities. LiveOak Apartments consists of a cozy five-unit apartment complex, providing a more independent living option within the supportive framework of the overall community. SmithHouse, a welcoming seven-bedroom group home nestled in downtown San Marcos, offers a warm family-like setting and close proximity to local amenities and activities.
