    Clean modern community; excellent care

I toured and moved my parent here and have been very pleased. The community is excellent-clean, modern and spacious-with great care, outstanding activities, and a nicely varied menu. Overall it feels like a capable, good-value option I'd recommend.

    Summary of reviews

Overall sentiment across the reviews is mixed, with clear strengths in the physical community, dining, and activities but notable and recurring concerns about staffing, leadership, cost, and availability. Multiple reviewers praise the environment and certain aspects of care, while others express worry about management and declines in consistency. The result is a polarized picture: many positive operational features contrasted with organizational and personnel issues that affect resident experience and trust.

Care quality: Opinions on care are split. Several summaries specifically state that residents receive capable, great, or excellent care, indicating that caregiving can be strong and meet expectations in many cases. However, there are also explicit care quality concerns and perceptions of decline reported by other reviewers. These concerns appear tied to staff departures and shortages, suggesting that care consistency may fluctuate depending on staffing levels and turnover. In short, while care is praised in multiple reviews, there are credible reports of inconsistent or declining care that prospective residents and families should probe further.

Staff and leadership: Staff-related issues are among the most prominent negative themes. Reviewers mention short-staffing, staff departures, and a general sense of turnover, all of which can directly impact day-to-day resident support and continuity of care. Leadership and management concerns are also repeatedly noted, with multiple mentions of a specific individual, Sylvia Flores, framed negatively (including explicit warnings about trusting her and characterizing leadership as "terrible"). Additionally, there is at least one report of a negative interaction with a greeter at the entrance, which contributes to a perception problem around front-line hospitality and reception. These patterns suggest that while some staff deliver strong care, management and staffing stability are significant pain points.

Facilities, dining, and activities: The facility itself receives strong, consistent praise. Reviews describe the community as excellent, clean, spacious, and modern. Dining is singled out positively for menu variety and perceived value, and the activities program is described as "excellent," indicating robust social and recreational options for residents. These strengths are likely key reasons many reviewers feel positively about the community despite other concerns. Physical amenities and programmatic offerings appear to be well-maintained and enjoyed by residents.

Availability and cost: Two specific operational constraints emerge: extensive fees and a lack of permanent openings. Reviewers report that fees are extensive/expensive, which may impact affordability and perceived value for some families. Separately, some summaries note there are no permanent openings and only temporary rooms available. The presence of temporary/short-term availability can be a useful option for short stays, but the lack of permanent placement opportunities represents a practical limitation for those seeking long-term residency.

Patterns and takeaway: The dominant pattern is a contrast between strong, tangible community features (clean, modern spaces; varied dining; lively activities; and many reports of high-quality care) and recurrent organizational issues (staffing shortages, turnover, leadership concerns, and cost/availability limitations). The mentions of one named leader as a focal point for distrust indicate that reputation and management behavior are salient concerns among reviewers. Prospective residents and families should weigh the community's physical and programmatic strengths against the risks associated with staffing and leadership instability. Recommended due diligence would include asking for current staffing ratios, turnover history, recent management changes, examples of how the community addresses staffing shortfalls, clarification of fees and what they cover, and speaking directly with residents and families about recent care consistency and interactions with leadership.
