    Spotless facility with caring staff

I live here and am very pleased - the small, spotless facility has a hardworking, loyal team who are attentive, proud of their work, and build genuine relationships with residents. I see daily improvements and feel cared for; overall a very good, caring place I'd recommend.

    Summary of reviews

The available reviews present a mixed picture. Positive remarks focus on a relatively small, well-maintained setting with staff who are described as hardworking, attentive to residents, and proud of their work. Several accounts emphasize constructive, respectful relationships between staff and residents, which is an important strength for a smaller facility where personal familiarity can support daily care.

Concerns center on operational and clinical consistency. Multiple entries describe medication errors and instances suggesting weaknesses in medication administration protocols. Separate accounts raise concerns about clinical monitoring and emergency response, including a report of critically low oxygen saturation that led to hospitalization. Taken together, these descriptions indicate potential gaps in clinical oversight and response processes that families should investigate further when assessing the facility.

Communication and responsiveness are recurring themes. Reviewers describe poor communication with families and inconsistent intra-staff information flow, along with episodes of delayed response to resident needs. These issues are reflected in broader comments about a perceived overall decline in care quality over time. There is also an allegation of inhumane care in one account; that claim is serious and would warrant direct inquiry with management and review of any regulatory findings.

Dining and daily services appear inconsistent. The kitchen and meal service are described as variable in quality and reliability, suggesting that meal preparation and service protocols may lack standardization. Activities programming is not widely discussed in the reviews, so no clear pattern of engagement or recreational offerings can be determined from the available comments.

Facility- and maintenance-related observations are mixed. Some reviewers describe a generally clean environment and effective odor control in many areas, while others report sanitation and odor-control issues in specific locations and instances of improperly handled linen or laundry. Operational maintenance concerns also include intermittent utility reliability, such as lack of hot water reported by a reviewer.

Management and administrative themes include criticisms about prioritization and communication. Several reviewers expressed a perception that financial considerations were emphasized over individualized care. Families considering this facility should ask management about staffing ratios, medication-safety protocols, clinical escalation and emergency response procedures, recent regulatory inspections, and how the facility addresses sanitation and maintenance complaints. Direct facility visits and discussions with current family members or ombudsman resources can help clarify which of these patterns are isolated and which represent ongoing operational issues.

The place has a safe and supervised setup for people who need extra care, and there are small, home-like neighborhoods where residents can join in on social activities and get help but still have some independence, and there's a focus on making life easier with things like maintenance-free homes, resort-style spaces, and memory-enhancing activities in secure areas for those with memory loss. Soldbusiness also stands out because the name is used across different kinds of services, from business brokerage and auctions for all sorts of real estate and commercial properties-including mixed-use, multi-family, and luxury homes with renovation potential, spacious basements, and high-end finishes-to event spaces, retail stores with home decor and holiday collections, and even specialized gift shops like Country Variety, Country Road Candles & Gifts, and more. You'll see Soldbusiness involved in buying and selling businesses, valuing them, running auctions that let people bid online or in person, and helping out with transactions for stores, restaurants, and companies in different industries, plus they run company sales and acquisitions, real estate auctions-sometimes for properties free of liens or back taxes-with choices that can include a range of care and lifestyle for those living there.
