The facility runs on a nonprofit model under Cathedral Square Corporation and Farrell Street Senior HLP, and is managed by Cathedral Square Corporation, focusing on quality, stable, and inclusive housing for people from all walks of life, with funds from Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 202 Housing for Elderly, Home Program, VHCB Grant/Loan, and more.
