Spotless compassionate community, smooth transition

I moved my parent in recently and have been very pleased - beautiful, spotless single-floor community with spacious rooms, accessible bathrooms, and an impressive new check-in area. The staff, especially Executive Director Maria Irlinger, are compassionate, professional and responsive; the transition and paperwork were smooth and medical support attentive. There's a strong sense of community with lots of activities and therapy options that keep residents active, and I feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for, with only minor room for improvement.
