    Impressive facility and caring staff

I toured Fieldstone and was very impressed - brand-new, spotless facility with lovely grounds and large, comfortable rooms. Staff and leadership were attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring; nursing and administration went above and beyond. Activities and amenities (movie theater, diner, crafts, holiday events) are abundant and care felt personalized. I would recommend a visit.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression across the reviews is strongly positive with repeated emphasis on high-quality, compassionate memory-care delivered in a new, well-maintained environment. Families and visitors describe caring, attentive staff and engaged leadership; specific praise is given to the Director of Nursing and the administrator for responsiveness and hands-on involvement. Reviewers consistently highlight a favorable staff-to-resident ratio and describe caregivers as warm, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond for residents, which aligns with accounts of personalized care and effective collaboration with hospice and clinical partners.

The facility's physical environment and amenities are frequently noted as strengths. As a brand-new memory-care community, it offers large private and shared rooms, a central atrium, courtyard access, a movie theater, a themed dining area, and other communal spaces that support social interaction and engagement. Many reviewers found the interiors clean, nicely decorated, and suitable for holiday- and event-based programming. At the same time, a few reviewers described parts of the building as less cozy or somewhat institutional in feel, which may be a consideration for families prioritizing a home-like atmosphere.

Activity programming is a clear focus and an often-cited positive: arts and crafts, themed events, holiday parties, teas, small shows, and other memory-care–focused engagements are mentioned as meaningful and well-run. However, several comments indicate that the breadth or consistency of activities can be variable as programming continues to develop; prospective families should ask for a current activity schedule and examples of typical daily programming. Communication with families is described as good overall, with staff accessible and comfortable to call with questions.

Dining impressions are mixed. Some reviewers praised meals and the dining experience, while others described instances of food arriving cold, bland, or less appetizing. This suggests occasional inconsistencies in meal delivery or temperature control rather than a uniform food-service failure. Prospective residents and families may wish to sample meals and inquire about kitchen processes for plating and service.

Two operational constraints appear repeatedly: limited availability and cost. The community is often at or near capacity, requiring advance planning or waitlist placement, and several reviewers characterized the price point as high enough to present an affordability barrier for some families. Those factors, together with an evolving activity program and occasional food-service inconsistencies, are the primary areas to weigh against the facility's well-documented strengths in staffing, cleanliness, amenities, and leadership.

In summary, Fieldstone Memory Care Marysville is presented as a modern, well-staffed memory-care community with strong clinical leadership, attentive caregivers, and a wide range of amenities and activities. Families prioritizing clinical collaboration, structured engagement, and a clean, new environment are likely to view the community favorably. Those most sensitive to cost, immediate availability, the need for a very home-like décor, or consistently hot/appetizing meals should discuss these topics directly with administration during a visit.

    About Fieldstone Memory Care Marysville

Fieldstone Memory Care Marysville sits over on State Ave in Marysville, tucked in a wooded spot with sunlight coming through the big windows and open views of the outdoors, and you'll find residents there living in two smaller neighborhoods inside the building, which helps folks get used to memory care at their own pace. The place is set up for people with dementia or Alzheimer's-wide halls, color-coded areas, safety monitoring tech, and secured outdoor courtyards where it's calm, quiet, and safe to step outside for some fresh air. Everything in the community-the rooms, the routines, the way staff move around-has a focus on people's memory needs and supporting independence when possible, with around-the-clock care given by certified care staff and on-call nurses.

The town square at Fieldstone Memory Care stands out, where residents can visit a '50s-style diner for snacks and drinks at any time, spend some time at the on-site salon, or sit in the theater for a movie. There are companion, studio, and one-bedroom apartments, all designed with enough space and natural light to keep things cheerful, and large windows to take in the woods outside whether it's sunny or rainy, and families can join residents for meals, which are cooked fresh by the kitchen staff with ingredients that come from close by when they can get them. The community holds group fitness classes, gardening, live music, and scenic drives, with holiday events and movie nights to bring folks together, and they always keep an eye out for ways to help residents keep their minds busy with life enrichment and memory activities.

Care plans at Fieldstone Memory Care are personalized and reviewed often, especially for people living with Alzheimer's or other types of dementia, and regular health checks and help with medical appointments are provided as needed. Staff use considerate routines and spend time helping each person, no matter what stage of memory loss they're at, using simple layouts and gentle lighting that makes it easier to move around, even for those sensitive to changing light at sunset. There's always a sense of warmth, with social nooks indoors and out, and snacks never too far away, and the goal with every day is to make sure folks are cared for, safe, and treated with respect. Fieldstone Memory Care Marysville aims to give residents with memory challenges a friendly, safe home where they can stay social, keep active, and enjoy familiar comforts alongside support whenever it's needed.
