    Excellent care and caring staff

I'm very pleased with Century Ridge - the nurses are awesome (special thanks to Head Nurse Tracy), the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring, and my mom's room is clean and home-like. The meals are great with good dining options, there are plenty of activities and wellness/exercise offerings, and the community is peaceful and beautiful. We're just waiting on PT/OT to start, but overall I'd recommend Century Ridge.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Century Ridge receives consistently positive remarks about its day-to-day environment and hospitality. Reviewers emphasize a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere, attractive accommodations, and a calm campus that many families and residents find peaceful. Dining and communal culture are frequently cited as strengths, with multiple notes about good meals, flexible options, and an engaging social environment.

Care and staff: Staff are commonly described as kind, friendly and responsive; nursing personnel and leadership receive positive mention for their knowledge and helpfulness. Families report that direct-care interactions are often compassionate and attentive, contributing to resident comfort and satisfaction. However, a subset of feedback highlights concerns about inconsistent clinical continuity and occasional lapses in follow-through on care tasks, which some families perceived as a decline from earlier experiences.

Clinical services and therapy: Dining and food quality are well regarded, including the ability to set food aside for later meals and a variety of menu options. Rehabilitation services (PT/OT) were specifically noted as sometimes delayed in initiation; these scheduling or availability gaps appear to be a recurring operational issue rather than a comment on therapy quality once available. Communication around service start dates and care-plan changes was also identified as an area that could be clearer.

Activities and community life: The facility offers a range of exercise and wellness programming and a robust activity calendar that contributes to resident engagement. Reviewers praised the community culture and friendly peers, describing the environment as peaceful with enjoyable social opportunities.

Facilities and operations: Physical accommodations and common areas are described as clean and well maintained. Positive remarks about staff behavior and the dining environment coexist with concerns about uneven management oversight; reviewers who noted declines tended to cite lapses in care coordination or responsiveness rather than persistent environmental problems.

Notable patterns and recommendations: Prospective residents and families can reasonably expect strong hospitality, good dining, engaged activities, and generally compassionate staff. Those evaluating the community should also inquire specifically about rehabilitation scheduling, care-continuity procedures, and how the facility communicates timelines for new services or changes in a resident’s plan of care. Asking for recent examples of care-plan follow‑through, staffing stability, and expected timelines for therapy initiation may help clarify the areas flagged by families who experienced intermittent issues.

    About Century Ridge Inc

Century Ridge Inc sits at 533 Calumet St #2 in Chilton, Wisconsin, and does a good job of listing out all its features so people know what they're getting, and you'll find some unique things here like a subscribers feature for sharing exclusive content, audience behavior tools to see how people act, ways to share information instantly, and multiaccount management if you've got more than one person in charge, plus it connects well with lots of favorite applications and has a studio for making your own custom publications, which is good if you like having options. When you look at the care side, Century Ridge Inc works as a rehab center, offering pain management, eating disorder treatment, neurological and physical rehabilitation, and services tied to behavioral health-some call it a rehabilitation hospital with lots of different care types and some special touch for seniors, since you'll see care programs with unique names and zones that you won't find anywhere else. They run both private and semi-private living spaces, have daily living help like bathing and dressing, and offer memory care for people with Alzheimer's or dementia, providing special "Memory Care" units and even something called the Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Unit, so folks needing steady support fit in, with programs meant for different needs and interests. Safety gets attention, too, through emergency response systems, and there are common areas, activity rooms, and social programs to keep everyone involved if that's what they want, and folks can take part in organized activities planned around what they like to do, which makes the days go by a little better. The community tries to help with as little or as much as someone needs and lets people furnish and decorate their space if they want, and meals, housekeeping, laundry, and medication monitoring are part of the routine, while skilled nursing gets limited to three hours a week unless someone has an exemption for more. Century Ridge Inc comes with support for all kinds of residents, offering assisted living up to 24 hours a day, respite care for short stays, and all sorts of help around mobility, nutrition, and medications, and different state licensure classes like Class AA, AS, ANA, CA, CS, and CNA lay out what kind of care's allowed based on each person's abilities and needs, whether they're walking on their own or need help. Folks with more complex health needs can get skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, and wound care, and people living with dementia have memory care communities with secure areas and specialized programs meant to make life easier and safer. Seniors who want independent living can find a spot here, where life has fewer chores and more social events, and board and care homes welcome smaller groups in a quieter setting, while others might pick continuing care for peace of mind as they age. All in all, services here focus on basic needs and comforts-help with bathing, meals, daily tasks, safety, and staying as independent as possible-without forgetting about things like wellness monitoring and making people feel like this really is their home.
