I'm grateful for the genuinely caring, family-like staff and engaging activities - residents are social, smiling, and well looked-after by a reachable, professional director and RN. Meds, meals and security were reliable, daily updates were helpful, and staff often went above and beyond (especially during transitions and hospice). My biggest issues were room cleanliness (carpet/urine smell), missed laundry/showers, spotty communication for out-of-state family, and noticeable staff turnover with a few less personable caregivers. Overall I'd recommend this warm, attentive memory-care home, but check cleanliness, staffing stability, and payment rules before you commit.
