Caring staff, happy mom, recommended
I'm very pleased with Brookdale of Kenosha. The staff - especially Yvette and Katie - are caring, responsive (follow-up calls and clear communication) and made my mom feel at home; she's happy, engaged in daily programming, spa days and social events. Clean, roomy facility with good meals and improved management - I feel confident it's a very good choice and would recommend touring.
