    Unsafe, dirty complex, management unresponsive

I moved out because I never felt safe: break‑ins, no security or cameras, non‑residents hanging around, dirty grounds, mothball odor, broken washers/dryers, and uncaring management. I wanted a 2‑bedroom but was shown a mixed‑up 1‑bedroom and units weren’t even ready to rent; location was nice but not worth it — they say new management and extensive renovations are coming and only 2‑bedrooms will be offered.

    About Princeton Court Senior

Princeton Court Senior is a senior living community for adults aged 55 and over in College Park, offering both affordable and market rate apartments with choices between one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, some with one bath and some with two, and apartment kitchens come with modern appliances like dishwashers, freezers, microwaves, ovens, ranges, and refrigerators, while the whole building has central air conditioning and high-speed wireless internet so you'll stay comfortable and connected. There's on-site management, elevator access, a fitness center, laundry rooms, a library, party and community rooms, an on-site salon, and pretty outdoor spots like gardens, patios, gazebos, and picnic areas, plus a nearby park with playgrounds, tennis courts, and grilling areas if you want to enjoy some sunshine or have a cookout. Some units are income restricted and the community accepts city of College Park housing vouchers if you qualify. The rent covers sewer, water, and trash, and there's maintenance on hand if anything breaks.

The community's pet-friendly-cats and small dogs can live here, but there are restrictions on large dogs-so people can bring their furry friends, and the apartments are accessible for people with different needs, including those living with disabilities or certain diseases. Residents have easy access to a nearby place of worship, 51 transportation choices, 13 restaurants, seven physicians, three pharmacies, a park, and two cafes, and the neighborhood is mapped so residents can find things easily. The building includes worry-free maintenance, a modern laundry room, and a party room-something not many other places in Fulton County have.

When it comes to care, Princeton Court Senior offers many options, with independent living for those who want to be social and active, assisted living for help with things like dressing, bathing, or taking medicine, skilled nursing for those with greater medical needs, and memory care for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia, focusing on safety and comfort. Residents can also get home care with trained aides and there are care homes where seniors share a residence with a live-in caregiver. There's continuing care and hospice if health needs change over time.

Residents can join activities that help them stay engaged socially, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and staff here are known for being helpful and kind, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere every day. Meals and dining focus on using good-quality, healthy ingredients so the food tastes good and supports health. Princeton Court Senior also offers a wide range of relay and telecommunications services so seniors who are Deaf, hard-of-hearing, DeafBlind, or prefer Spanish Relay services can access what they need, from CapTel® to TTY, VCO, HCO, and more. Residents can tour with staff to get a feel for daily life before making a decision and take comfort in knowing that support is always close by, with nearby medical care and pharmacies, accessible public transit, and a supportive community ready to help with daily life as needed.
