Roomy apartment, many frustrating issues
I liked my roomy two-bedroom - quiet, dog-friendly, and convenient to stores and the interstate - but my overall experience was mixed. Parking is expensive and limited (guest restrictions, carport fees), snow removal is slow, and they pile on charges for exterior/hall lighting and sewer. Maintenance requests and billing errors were common and often ignored, the office is frequently closed in the mornings, staff turnover is high and management can be dismissive; halls and common areas were dirty, carpets old, lights/doors broken, bugs/odors present. It's OK if you're fully self-sufficient and tolerant of hassles; otherwise I wouldn't recommend.
