    Mostly good care with issues

I placed my parent here and overall it's a beautiful, bright community with strong activities, many caring caregivers, good food, and leadership that can be responsive - our family saw real improvements and my parent is happier. That said, experiences vary: staff quality is inconsistent (some wonderful, some rude/unhelpful), there have been cleanliness and maintenance lapses (even pest and elevator concerns), understaffing/slow responses, and occasional management/billing problems. It's expensive but can deliver excellent, personalized care - I recommend visiting several times, asking about staffing and recent inspections, and watching for safety/cleanliness issues before committing.
