Caring staff, roomy affordable housing

I moved my dad here and I'm very pleased - the aides, long-tenured staff, Jamie at the front desk, the director of housing and our social worker are all caring and helpful. His light, roomy one-bed has large windows, ample storage and a locker, plus wifi, reduced rent and off-street parking; meals in the commons are good. The multicultural, Minnesota-nice community near bus lines and a park feels warm, safe and budget-friendly - I would live here.
