Warm staff, clean building, peace

I moved my mom into a spacious one-bedroom and have been very pleased. The staff - from the welcoming concierge and housekeeping to Executive Director Rob Tennant and Recreation Director Alyssa - are warm, responsive and go above and beyond; maintenance issues are fixed quickly and weekly cleaning/laundry are a huge help. Meals are nourishing and social, activities fill the weekly calendar, and the building is clean and comfortable, which gives me real peace of mind. Overall we feel cared for, supported, and grateful for the family-like attention.
