Caring, spotless, secure memory care
I placed my mom at River Oaks and I'm very pleased - new director Andrea Roe has energized a responsive, respectful team (nurses, aides, front desk, administration) who treat residents like family and excel in memory care. The facility is beautiful, spotless and secure with lovely outdoor areas, low staff-to-resident ratios, engaging life-enrichment (holiday events, live performers, scenic drives) and personalized attention - someone is always nearby. Families are welcomed, communication is strong, and my mom is safe, smiling and well cared for; I highly recommend River Oaks as a caring, improving community.
