    Smooth move-in, caring proactive staff

I chose this community for the above-and-beyond care and haven't regretted it. My loved one's move-in was smooth; the Executive Director and staff are hands-on, patient, and welcoming, communication is timely, medication checks are proactive, and disorientation is managed promptly. The place is clean and home-like, residents seem happy, and I have real peace of mind-staff even helped us through move-out.

About Pacific Living Centers of Madras

Pacific Living Centers of Madras is a small, cozy residential care facility with only 15 memory care beds, so each resident gets personal attention from a specially trained memory care team that works closely with people who have Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, and these team members know how to make things comfortable and familiar for everyone while giving them the care they need every day. The memory care community focuses on comfort and enjoyable moments, and the whole place is designed for older adults who need extra help, with short hallways for easy access and beautifully decorated spaces that try to make everyone feel at home, while the kitchen sits as the center of the house, letting residents help with cooking if they want to. Pacific Living Centers of Madras supports a full range of senior services in one location, including help with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult Day Services, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Medicare-Certified Home Health Care, non-medical Home Care, and even Hospice Care, so families can find the support their loved one may need as time goes on. The rooms come in different types, and the environment emphasizes comfort, safety, and staying active, with amenities meant for adults who like to stay engaged, but always with an eye on making life feel like home, not like a hospital.
