Staff can also help with a wide range of personal and medical needs-diabetic care including insulin and sliding scale therapy, incontinence care, and non-ambulatory care using mechanical lifts, as well as memory care, light to heavy care levels, and emotional support. The facility has onsite nurses and even a licensed in-house dialysis clinic, the only one in the Northwest, plus chefs prepare meals with attention to special diets like renal needs for residents on dialysis. There's a pet-friendly policy, while meal services come included and devotional activities are offered offsite, so seniors can keep up with spiritual life. Residents may bring their own belongings to make their room feel homelike and enjoy different activities that change every month-bingo, Wii bowling, music, animal therapy, movie nights, flower planting, and educational or cultural events that encourage friendships and movement.
