    Warm clean home; watch staffing

I moved my mom here and she genuinely loves it - the place feels like home: bright, very clean, and the staff are warm, attentive, and supportive. Meals are generally tasty and varied, activities are plentiful and engaging, and the team made the move smooth with good rehab/faith options. My experience also showed inconsistent staffing (turnover, occasional med/communication lapses) and documentation/meal issues at times, and it's on the pricey side. Overall I'm happy and would recommend it, but keep an eye on staffing and costs.
