Friendly staff, clean facility, caring
I moved my mom here and have been very pleased: the staff are friendly, attentive and responsive, the facility is clean and beautiful, meals come from an in-house cook, and residents are clearly well cared for. Staff keep open communication with family, provide companionship for doctor visits and exercise, and create a safe, loving environment-my Nana is happy; overall great care with only minor room for improvement.
