Godfrey House

Godfrey House is a senior living community that supports up to 22 residents, offering assisted living, memory care, Alzheimer's care, skilled nursing, and independent living options, and folks here can get meals prepared for them every day, which helps if cooking becomes too much, and the place has both full bathtubs and wheelchair accessible showers for safety and comfort, plus it's set up for residents with different levels of care-from light to heavy-so people can stay as their needs change instead of moving out, and nurses and staff members are on duty all day and night, ready for emergencies, while they also offer help with medication, bathing, dressing, and getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair if someone can't walk, and if you need help with incontinence you have to be able to manage it yourself, but there's diabetic care to help monitor blood sugar even though staff can't give insulin shots, and they bring in visiting occupational and physical therapists as well. Staff provide housekeeping, laundry, move-in coordination, and residents can get rides to appointments at an extra cost, while community-sponsored activities keep everyone connected, and the place has a 24-hour call system for peace of mind, letting residents live independently but with supervision close by, and they focus on keeping everyone safe, cared for, and respected, which is all held together by a warm, settled feeling that comes from the staff who stick around and make sure everyone feels at home.
