    About Treasure Village Mobile Home

Treasure Village Mobile Home Park & Sales sits at 5151 4th St N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703, tucked away in a quiet spot that's still close to stores and bus lines, and while the community is designed for adults 55 and older, there aren't age restrictions for campers, so folks come and go in RVs or tents, plus you'll see families now and then, which gives the place a neighborly feeling that shows in the way residents keep up their homes and yards, and you can spot the pride in touches like lap siding and peaked roofs on many of the homes as you walk by, and about half the places are multisection homes so there's a mix, and it's always been locally family-owned with Barbara running things right on-site, making herself available for any questions or needs, and folks mostly say she's easy to talk to if something pops up. The grounds have about 150 manufactured home sites with monthly rates that cover utilities, and some 25 RV sites also available month-to-month, and there are spots for tent camping too, with hookups-electric at 20 or 30 amps, water, and sewer-plus a few newer luxury RV lots, and the park does have municipal water and sewer for everybody. This is a pet-free community, so no dogs or cats running around, and there's no pet policy at all for campers either. The park has shuffleboard courts, a small clubhouse, off-street parking, and a few apartment units that go for $800 to $1,000 a month with utilities included, and there's a modest laundry room on site, which works for both residents and the RV guests. The place is kept pretty tidy and there's decent landscaping, and people usually have an easy time moving around, with motorhomes up to 36 feet allowed. For recreation, you've got shuffleboard and activities in the clubhouse off and on, and sometimes just sitting in the clean rest area out front is how folks like to pass the time. Internet is marked as "Other," so WiFi might be spotty or need checking on, and the park doesn't have many extras, but it serves as a peaceful place where people know each other and management works side by side with the residents to keep things running smoothly, and if you need real expert advice, there's a tie-in to A Place for Mom. There's a nearby facility called The Princess Martha if you want to compare places, and the park does have a comparison feature to line up the choices. Right now, there's only one review and it's not high, but some people stay for years because they like the safe and welcoming atmosphere and the comfort that comes with it.
