Mount Notre Dame Health Center is a unique and vital home for Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, serving as an extension of the Mount Notre Dame Convent in Cincinnati. Established in 2001, the center is designed to meet the varied needs of aging and retired Sisters, providing both an assisted living floor and a skilled nursing floor. Each floor can accommodate 40 Sisters, ensuring that residents receive tailored care and support according to their needs. The Health Center stands out as a warm, welcoming environment where the charism of St. Julie deeply influences the everyday atmosphere.
For many Sisters, Mount Notre Dame Health Center is a lifelong home. Unlike most people who may have the option of remaining with family or arranging in-home medical care, the Sisters typically return to this familiar place, which has been central to their lives and spiritual journey.
