Upscale hotel-like care, compassionate staff

I toured Manor Lake for my mom and was impressed - the community feels upscale and hotel-like with beautiful, light-filled spaces and lovely landscaping. The staff (Mellissa, Alice, Amber and the care team) are compassionate, responsive, and family-centered; memory care, care coordination and regular video/photo updates give us real peace of mind. Dining, activities, and thoughtful extras (decorator, referrals, spa days) are excellent - overall very pleased and happy to recommend.
