Benjamin Court is a senior living community for adults aged 55 and over, designed to offer a friendly and engaging place for people to live. The apartments come in a range of floor plans, and you can look at many photos in the online photo gallery to see what kinds of places they have. There's a residential portal to help residents with daily needs, and leasing agents are available to help when questions about moving in come up. If you'd like to see the place in person or just talk more, you can set up a tour with the facility. The main building has a café, and there's a community center where residents can spend time. Game rooms sit inside each building, so there's always something to do on a rainy afternoon, and the grounds have professional landscaping with lighted walkways and park benches scattered in a park-like setting, which makes it a nice spot to sit and watch the birds. The environment has an enchanting charm with natural beauty all around, and the place talks about having luxury senior living amenities overall, though other details about services, amenities, or care types aren't listed at this time. Benjamin Court mainly focuses on providing comfortable apartments and some inviting shared spaces meant for people who want to live in a welcoming senior community.
Friendly residents but management problematic
I live here and enjoy the friendly residents, warm staff, plentiful on-site amenities and busy activity calendar - it can feel like a true retirement community. Many staff are caring and helpful (shout-outs to Ashley and Amanda), but office/management is often unresponsive, rude, or focused on money. The grounds and common areas are generally clean and pleasant, yet maintenance, security (unlocked doors, unauthorized tenants), cigarette smoke, and pest reports (bed bugs) are recurring problems. I've seen broken machines, water leaks, and cutbacks like lost transportation - plus steep rent hikes and disputed income-based charges. Great people and programs, but weigh management, safety and pest/maintenance issues before you commit.
