    Pleasant facility, inconsistent care, risky

I moved my mom here and came away with mixed feelings. The building is bright, very clean, freshly redecorated, with cheerful staff, lovely common areas, good activities and nice grounds - several caregivers were genuinely attentive. That said, care is inconsistent and staff are often spread thin: slow call-bell responses, poor evening/night coverage, and promised 24-hour nursing that wasn't reliably delivered. Memory care and higher-acuity medical oversight were seriously lacking in our experience - neglect led to severe consequences (dehydration/untreated infection/overmedication), and management didn't always address problems or theft reports satisfactorily. Costs are high and fee structures can be opaque; some rooms are small or oddly laid out. I'd recommend this place only for fairly independent residents who want social activities and a pleasant facility - avoid it if you need strong medical or memory-care support.
