Managed by United Church Homes, Inc., Burlington Tower focuses on affordable living for people aged 62 and older, and residents pay for electric, phone, and cable TV while the rent covers water, sewer, and garbage service. Laundry facilities are on-site so washing clothes is easy, and the building has elevators, a resident lounge, a community room for gatherings or activities, and a garden where folks can spend time outside enjoying some sunshine or fresh air.
