    Nice independent living, poor care

I loved the beautiful, clean apartments, active calendar, and many warm staff who went above and beyond - independent living can be very nice here. But high staff turnover and chronic understaffing have led to poor responsiveness (slow call-button/bathroom help), declining care quality for higher needs, and frequent dining problems (cold/forgotten or terrible meals). Communication from administration was often unresponsive and prices keep rising, so value is a concern. I ultimately moved my mom out - I would recommend Wellington for independent living only, not for assisted or memory care.
