Trustwell Living is a senior living operator founded in 2021 that owns and manages communities across the Southeast, Midwest, and Western United States, with locations in states including Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. The company offers a continuum of senior living options spanning active adult living, independent living, assisted living, and memory care, along with short-term respite stays.

Trustwell's leadership team is made up of longtime senior living operators, many of whom worked together previously building and running regional senior housing portfolios. In 2023 the company grew substantially by assuming management of communities transitioning from other operators and rebranding them under the Trustwell Living name; a number of these communities were formerly part of the Enlivant portfolio.
